Mudduraj Kulkarni

Chairman & Managing Director

Mudduraj Kulkarni, aged 56 years is the one of the founding promoter of the Company. He has been part of the Board since incorporation of the company and is currently designated as Chairman and Managing Director of the company. He possesses more than 30 years of experience in Tool design, Manufacturing, Vendor development, assembly lines commissioning. Before beginning the business of Master Components, he was associated with Crompton Greaves Limited and was actively involved in many trouble shooting activities along with ISO 9001 accreditation of Crompton Greaves Limited. He has completed his Diploma in Tool and Die Making from Nettur Technical Training Foundation in the year 1988. He is also an actively contributing member of CII North Maharashtra zone Confederation of Indian Industry. Now, he is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company and has been guiding force behind the growth of the company.

Shrikant Joshi

Whole Time Director & Chief Financial Officer

Shrikant Joshi, aged 55 years is also a founding member of the company. He has been a part of the Board since inception of the company. Currently he is designated as Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Before beginning the own business, he was associated with Crompton Greaves Limited. He holds the diploma in Tool and Die Making from Nettur Technical Training Foundation in the year 1988 and possess the experience of more than 30 years of working in the area of selection, commissioning, productionisation of CAD/ CAM Centre which involves Charmilles wire cut & spark erosion machine, Deckelmaho machining centre, Pro- engineer software. With the current position in the company he is an active member of TAGMA (Tool and Gauge Manufactures Association of India). He takes care of overall sourcing of raw materials and is also responsible for efficient mobilization of funds.

Akshada Bhase

Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Akshada Bhase, aged 26 years is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company with effect from January 12, 2023.She has completed her Bachelor of Commerce &Masters of Commerce from Pune University in the year 2016 and 2018 respectively. She is also a Qualified Company Secretary and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2021. She has more than 1.5 years of experience (including apprenticeship) in secretarial duties and compliances. She is currently responsible to handle entire secretarial duties and compliances.
