Shrikant Joshi
Director & Co-Founder
A qualified technocrat from NTTF, Shrikant Joshi received a rigorous technical foundation through a 5-year integrated program across Dharwad, followed by industrial training at Bangalore. Shrikant Joshi started his journey at Crompton Greaves Ltd., where he built deep expertise in tool design, mould development, and localisation. In 1997, he co-founded Master Moulds Pvt. Ltd. with Mr. Mudduraj Kulkarni, setting up a modern toolroom and pioneering precision mould manufacturing in India.
Social Work – Member of TAGMA, Vice President of Nashik Cyclists for 7 years, trustee of Pankh, committee member at Janakalyan Blood Center, and founding member of WeGO Library Foundation promoting patent awareness.

Mudduraj Kulkarni
Director & Co-Founder
An alumnus of NTTF, Mudduraj Kulkarni received a rigorous technical foundation through a 5-year integrated program across Tellicherry and Bangalore, followed by industrial training. He began his career at Crompton Greaves Ltd., gaining multifaceted experience in tool development, assembly line troubleshooting. By 1995, he was leading two full product projects, right from development to production. In 1997, driven by the spirit of entrepreneurship, he co-founded Master Moulds Pvt. Ltd. with Mr. Shrikant Joshi, laying the foundation of precision tooling in India.
Social Work – Active member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) North Maharashtra, chaired the MSME panel supporting small industries, and contributes to Nashik Runners Group and Pankh NGO. A proud alumnus of Sainik School Vijayapur and core member of AJEETS alumni forum.

Rajeshwari Kulkarni

Rajeshwari Kulkarni is one of the promoters of the Company and has been a member of the Board since April 5, 2003. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director.
